Local Vouchers
Sell gift vouchers. Keep the money.
The customer pays by card and it lands in your Stripe account the same as any other sale. No platform holding your cash for a month.
The voucher company takes a cut, holds the float, and pays you out on their schedule — using your money as their working capital.
And at the till, redemption is a shared code taped under the register.
What it does
- Sold from your own siteYour branding, your domain. Not a listing on somebody else's marketplace.
- Money straight into your StripeSame as any other card sale, on your own payout schedule.
- Redeemed by scanning at the tillQR on the phone or the printed voucher. Double-redemption is refused, not noticed later.
- Every redemption has a name on itStaff scan with the PIN they clock in with — so you know who redeemed what.
- A leaver loses the scannerMarking someone a leaver takes their scanner access with it. No shared code still working six months after they walked.
- Balances and part-redemptionA €50 voucher spent €30 leaves €20, rather than being burned in one go.
Better with the rest
Everything shares one staff list. Add a module and it already knows your people — there is no second setup.
- With HR — onboarding issues till access, offboarding removes it, without a second system to remember.
- With Engage — competition prizes pay out as your vouchers, so winnings get spent across your bar.
Live and taking real money through working venues, with the fee split verified on a real sale rather than a test one.
What it costs
2% + €1.50 per voucher. You keep the rest, and you pay the card processing the same as on any sale.
Figures go on the pricing page before anyone is asked to pay one. Export is free on every plan, always — including on the way out.
